Yoga @ Home: Family Yoga & Individual Sessions

One to One sessions combine therapeutic movement, practical tools and personalised practices to empower each client to sustain their own optimal health. After every session, you receive a detailed plan of practices we worked on so you have a programme to practice by yourself between sessions and tips on integrating balance into your week.

Sessions integrate Healing Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Reiki, Therapeutic Yoga, Life Coaching, Tension and Trauma Release practices and Mindful Wellbeing techniques to empower each client with the process and tools best suited to their needs.

To be the best version of ourselves we need to take the time to peel back the layers of who we are and to trust that we know ourselves better than anyone. When we discover how to listen to our needs we can build the resilience and self-compassion necessary to value our own voice and make the choices that are best for us. In doing so- we not only support our personal growth but better nourish our relationships with others and further advance towards the fulfilment of our potential and ambitions.


I can visit you at home or use a local studio, the benefit of working from home is that you can develop a routine and feel more comfortable practising by yourself.
