Does the weekend ever feel like it’s gone too quick?!
Friday sessions help you release stress from the week so you can receive and enjoy more lightness and relaxation over your weekend.
Sessions will be different each week depending on the week’s theme and may consist of:
Hands-on Healing, Restorative Yoga, Yin & Healing Yoga, Authentic Movement, Somatic Experiencing, Meditation, Guided Breathwork, Healing Sound and Guided Visualisations.
**Small group sessions for max. 5 people to ensure individual time and attention** Booking in advance is essential.
Somatic Sessions are an opportunity to:

> release physical, mental, emotional tension,
> renew the body,
> calm the mind
> receive healing and inspiration.

Book 4 weeks for 100 euro in advance of first class or 30 euro per class.

Yoga @ Home: Family Yoga & Individual Sessions
One to One sessions combine therapeutic movement, practical tools and personalised practices to empower each client to sustain their own optimal health. After every session, you receive a detailed plan of practices we worked on so you have a programme to practice by yourself between sessions and tips on integrating balance into your week.
Sessions integrate Healing Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Reiki, Therapeutic Yoga, Life Coaching, Tension and Trauma Release practices and Mindful Wellbeing techniques to empower each client with the process and tools best suited to their needs.
To be the best version of ourselves we need to take the time to peel back the layers of who we are and to trust that we know ourselves better than anyone. When we discover how to listen to our needs we can build the resilience and self-compassion necessary to value our own voice and make the choices that are best for us. In doing so- we not only support our personal growth but better nourish our relationships with others and further advance towards the fulfilment of our potential and ambitions.
*Home Visits or Practice Room location.
*The benefit of working from home is that you are more likely to develop a daily self-practice after and between one to one sessions.
