Vitality Retreats are an opportunity to welcome greater fulfilment and happiness into our lives.
Over the three-days, you will unwind in serene settings that revive the senses with delicious meals, woodland walks and revitalizing body-mind practices that will inspire your wellbeing and creative potential.
Opening the body we open the mind, enabling new perspective, fresh inspiration and personal insight.
This 3-day programme includes:
Healing Yoga: Asana, Pranayama (breath-work), Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
Qigong & Daoist practices
Soul-Dance: a healing ecstatic dance practice (no dance experience needed)
Sound & Voice work
Visioning, Intention Setting
Integrated Healing Practices
Additional 1:1 treatments available: Reiki, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Acupuncture
The Vitality Retreat at Mucklagh Lodge House, in the Wicklow mountains, an hour from Dublin.
From 4:00 pm: Arrive and settle or go for a walk in the beautiful woodlands around the lodge
5:00 pm: Welcome circle and grounding meditation
7:00 pm: Enjoy a warming supper
Enjoy a relaxing evening to read, rest and enjoy the beautiful woodland surroundings and open fire
Unwind with a one to one healing session of craniosacral therapy, acupuncture or reiki- booking in advance is necessary.
9 pm: Yoga Nidra (Optional)
8 am: Breathwork & Qigong Practices
8:40 am: Silent Breakfast
10 – 11:30 am: Healing Yoga, Somatic Movement & Meditation
11:30- 12 noon: Mindful Walk with compassion and awareness practices.
*Please bring your walking shoes to the studio so we can bring our practice into the woods!
1 pm – Lunch
Free time for relaxation, longer woodland walks, siestas, reading, art or a 1:1 therapy session
4 – 5:15 pm: Soul Dance
5:15 pm – 6 pm: Daoist Healing Sounds
7 pm: Delicious Dinner
9 pm: Fire Ceremony (outdoors in the Woods)
8 am: Sitting Meditation (Optional)
8:30 – 10:15 am: Healing Yoga and Qigong
11- 12 pm: Brunch
1-2pm: Somatic Meditation & Closing Circle
Individual Sessions: Integrated Healing – Acupuncture, Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Healing Yoga
Throughout the weekend, one to one sessions will be available in a private treatment room separate to the studio.
These sessions enhance the process of the weekend. Sessions are 60 euro.

Laura Sarah Dowdall is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, somatic movement and healing yoga therapist, wellbeing coach and bio-energetic healing practitioner. This workshop integrates her skills in movement and healing to create an empowering practice that revitalises the energetic creative life force in us all.
